Electrical Engineer

develops repair schedules; participates in the preparation of requisitions, calculations, and justifications for the purchase of electrical equipment, materials, and spare parts for repair work, and in the development of electricity consumption norms; develops instructions for the repair and safe operation of electrical equipment and electrical networks; monitors the compliance of departments with the rules for technical operation and maintenance of electrical equipment and electrical networks; conducts technical inspection and certification of electrical equipment and electrical networks; participates in the work of commissions for the certification of personnel for qualification groups and for the right of access to maintain electrical equipment and electrical networks; carries out inspection control over compliance with technical operation rules, and the condition of electrical equipment and electrical networks during repair work; participates in the development of long-term development plans for the energy facility, its reconstruction, and modernization in terms of power equipment and electrical networks; provides conclusions on the implementation of new progressive methods for the operation of electrical equipment and electrical networks.

Requirements

Higher education and at least 3 years of experience in similar positions, or secondary vocational (technical) education and at least 5 years of experience in similar positions. English language proficiency no lower than advanced, Chinese language proficiency at an expert level.
