Administrative and Commercial Support in a marine automation systems technology company

A technical company based in Piraeus, with many years of activity in the field of maritime automation, electromechanical systems, and technical services, and presence/activity in Italy, wishes to include an Administrative Support Employee in its workforce, with mandatory excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages; knowledge of Japanese, Korean, or Chinese language will also be preferred.

The position concerns daily administrative and clerical support, communication and correspondence with partners and offices in Greece and Italy, as well as support in basic technical and financial/accounting matters of the company.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English at written and oral levels is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Japanese, Korean, or Chinese language is desirable.
• Experience and knowledge/management of spare parts or human resources is desirable.
• Knowledge of Softone software is desirable.
• Studies and/or previous experience in Business Administration, Clerical Support, Finance, or a technical subject are desirable.
• Very good use of PC and Microsoft Office applications, as well as the ability to manage professional correspondence, documents, and daily administrative procedures.
• Organizational skills, responsibility, consistency, communication skills, and the ability to understand basic technical terminology will be particularly appreciated.
