Manager of Property, Liability, and Special Risks Claims Department

• Comprehensive role of the Claims Department in the fields of: Home, Business, Property and Body Liability, Special Risks; leading four teams through direct management of four team managers.
• Responsibility for high-quality and efficient handling of complex and significant claims.
• Leading work processes, control, and measurement in accordance with company goals.
• Initiating and implementing efficiency, automation, and service quality improvement processes.
• Routine work with agents, reinsurers, legal advisors, appraisers, and external providers.
• Managing intra-organizational interfaces with Underwriting, Finance, Customer Service, and Regulation.
• Responsibility for compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Accompanying, mentoring, and developing managers and department employees.

• Lawyer with a law practice license – Mandatory.
• Significant managerial experience in the claims field in insurance companies – Mandatory.
• Experience in managing managers and multi-interface teams – Mandatory.
• High level of English – Mandatory.
• Proven knowledge and experience in the fields of Property, Liability, and Special Risks – Mandatory.
• Ability to manage and lead multiple tasks in a dynamic and multi-interface environment.
• Ability to lead employees and processes to achieve company goals.
• Process-oriented thinking and the ability to streamline and improve work processes.
• Decision-making ability, systemic vision, and business thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and lead.
