Book Consultant (Bangkok branches along BTS/MRT lines)

Based at Asia Books bookstores

• Working hours: 8 hours per day (split into 2 shifts)
• Recommend books and provide various services to customers
• Able to respond to customer needs promptly
• Enthusiastic and able to upsell to generate sales
• Take care of and deliver products exactly as requested by customers
• Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness within the store
• Arrange books according to various categories
• Receive books and perform daily book inspections

Qualifications: Age 18 years and above High school graduate or higher; fresh graduates are welcome Able to communicate in English at a fair level Good personality with a passion for service Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude Able to work in shifts according to mall hours (working 6 days per week)
