1.Set up and change over the machine, reduce change over time to improve productivity. 2.Conduct first article inspection to make sure good part first time, and random quality check for a stable operation. 3.Machine daily check and maintenance, and involve in TPM events when necessary 4.Train the operator or technician according to new products, new technology, new processes. 5.Initiate the problem solving for quality, machine and operation problem and actively involve in trouble shooting 6.Conduct 5S, JDI daily and involve in Kaizen, CI events to drive quality, safety and efficiency improvement 7.In some special area or situation, act as our back up line leader when there is a necessity

Qualifications: Good in English or Chinese communication Senior middle school or technical school graduation certificate Senior middle school or technical level is required Minimum 3 years' experience is preferred Drawing and reading is a must Office software is a plus Experience in Injection Machine
