  • Review SOW, Technical Specification, BOQ, Drawing, Datasheet, and technical documents for completeness before issuing RFQ
  • Analyze and resolve Scope Gap, Technical Deviation, Exclusion, and Interface issues that may affect cost, procurement, and project execution
  • Coordinate between Procurement, Engineering, Project, and Vendor to finalize Technical Clarification and clearly define the scope of work
  • Prepare Technical Comparison / Technical Bid Evaluation to evaluate Vendor proposals based on the same standards
  • Support Sourcing and Commercial Evaluation by analyzing technical issues, costs, and risks
  • Propose Value Engineering, Alternative Material/Brand, and Cost Optimization approaches without affecting project specifications
  • Develop Standard Technical Specification, Procurement Package, and Technical Evaluation Template for EPC projects
  • Support Technical Procurement for Electrical, Mechanical, and MEP systems, including identifying Long-Lead Items to support procurement plans

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in B.Eng. Electrical, Mechanical, or other related engineering fields At least 5–7 years of experience in Engineering, Project Engineering, Procurement Engineering, Estimation, Technical Procurement, or EPC projects Good knowledge and understanding of Engineering Specification, Drawing, BOQ, Datasheet, and technical proposal evaluation processes Experience in EPC projects such as Data Center, Buildings, Solar Power Plant, Substation, Industrial Plants, MEP systems, or Infrastructure will be given special consideration Good coordination and communication skills between Engineering, Project, Procurement, and Vendor teams Analytical and problem-solving skills, with Commercial & Cost Awareness Experience in Value Engineering, Vendor Technical Evaluation, or Alternative Material Assessment will be given special consideration Good English communication skills, both speaking and writing
