Maintenance & Coordination Technician

Responsible for overseeing the factory's utility systems and machinery (Working hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM), focusing on supervising contractor work, verifying the accuracy of technical data records, managing improvement projects, and resolving on-site issues to ensure continuous production according to GMP/GACP standards.

1. Oversight & Maintenance

• Inspect and verify the accuracy of various records prepared by contractors, along with conducting physical inspections of machinery on-site (HVAC, Chiller, Heat Pump, Generator, DI/RO).
• Act as the First Responder in assessing situations when alarms occur or machinery malfunctions.
• Focus on Electrical Troubleshooting and various control circuits to ensure system stability.
• Perform General Maintenance such as plumbing systems, lighting, and other equipment as assigned.

1. Coordination & Project Support

• Responsible for small-scale improvement projects: such as installing new pumps, starting from site surveys, coordinating with new suppliers (requesting quotations/preparing comparison reports), until supervising the work until project completion.
• Manage spare parts inventory for necessary maintenance (Spare Parts Management).
• Supervise and support supplier operations to ensure compliance with work plans and company standards.

1. Reporting & Safety

• Prepare summary reports of work performance every time supervising contractors, and when corrective actions are taken or significant problems are found.
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow safety standards.
• Record maintenance data and machinery status into the computer system.

Qualifications: Education: Diploma (Vocational Certificate) or higher in Electrical Power, Electronics (or related fields focusing on electrical skills). Gender/Age: Male, aged 25 years and above. At least 2-3 years of direct experience in maintaining HVAC, Chiller, Heat Pump, Generator, and DI/RO water systems. Expertise in Electrical Troubleshooting and the ability to read control circuit diagrams. Good teamwork skills with excellent communication and coordination skills (for communicating with suppliers and the production department). Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) for data recording and report preparation. Fair level of English communication (for reading technical manuals and equipment names). Able to work outside of normal working hours in case of emergencies. Experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing plants, or knowledge of GMP/GACP standards, will be given special consideration.
