Mechanical Engineer/วิศวกรเครื่องกล

Your tasks

• Responsible for providing mechanical engineering and field service support to customers during power plant shutdown, outage, inspection, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Communicate and coordinate directly with customers regarding planned maintenance and shutdown activities.
• Visit customer sites to understand work scope, equipment condition, site requirements, and customer expectations.
• Support and participate in power plant shutdown and outage maintenance activities.
• Assist in identifying mechanical equipment problems and abnormal conditions.
• Coordinate with Senior Engineers, Technical Field Advisor, and customers for technical issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and job completion reports.
• Support preparation of quotations, work scopes, manpower estimates, and material requirements for future service work.
• Comply with TES and customer HSE requirements and site safety procedures.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with TES Quality Management System and customer requirements.

Requirements

1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์งาน Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), Inspection และ Overhaul
3. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในงาน Mechanical Maintenance หรือ Field Service สำหรับโรงไฟฟ้า
4. มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักรในโรงไฟฟ้า เช่น Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Generator, Pump, Compressor, Valve และระบบ Mechanical ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. สามารถประสานงานกับลูกค้า ผู้รับเหมา และทีมงานภาคสนามได้ดี
6. สามารถวางแผน ควบคุม และปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาใน Customer Site / Power Plant Site ได้
7. สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขปัญหาด้าน Mechanical ได้
8. สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานตาม โรงไฟฟ้าของลูกค้าในต่างจังหวัด ได้
9. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี
10. สามารถจัดทำ Work Procedure, Method Statement และ Maintenance/Service Report ได้
11. มีประสบการณ์ในการให้บริการงานบำรุงรักษาแก่ โรงไฟฟ้าของลูกค้า (Power Plant Service) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
12. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine หรือ Combined Cycle Power Plant จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
13. หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (กว.) สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
14. รับเฉพาะผู้สมัครเพศชาย ที่มีสัญชาติไทยเท่านั้น
