QC Supervisor

Your tasks

• Use various tools and techniques for inspection and quality control, and ensure that the tools used are in good condition and functioning correctly.
• Manage training and skill development for the QA/QC operator team to ensure knowledge and operational competence.
• Monitor the annual calibration plan.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive measures for customer complaints.
• Responsible for managing quality issues of Material from Suppliers and following up on corrective and preventive measures.
• Approve inspection results for Material and products, as well as verification results for various inspection tools.
• Identify initial actions for Material and products that do not meet requirements.
• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the QA/QC team to ensure efficiency.
• Perform or oversee the inspection of Material and products to ensure compliance with requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure that the company's QA/QC activities comply with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant standards.
• Work with Production, Engineering, and other departments to communicate quality requirements and resolve occurring issues.
• Allocate personnel and working hours (Over time) appropriately according to the workload received.

Requirements

1. Female, aged 35 years or above.
2. Educational qualification: Diploma (ปวส.) or higher.
3. Relevant experience in the position for at least 5 years.
4. Knowledge of processes and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, etc.).
5. Analytical and logical thinking skills.
6. Basic English reading and writing skills.
