Job Description

We are looking for an Independent Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience who will take over the accounting for clients, with support and mentorship from the Senior team.

Key Responsibilities

Independent accounting for assigned clients

Calculation of VAT, corporate income tax and other tax obligations

Calculation of salaries and related taxes and contributions

Preparation of financial reports in accordance with local regulations

Working in a digitalized environment with minimal manual entries

Communication with clients

Participation in the improvement of financial processes at clients

Cooperation with tax advisors and auditors

Monitoring legal changes and implementation into business operations

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting

Good knowledge of tax and accounting regulations in Serbia

Experience working with accounting software is desirable – TIM ERP and/or Minimax

Working in Excel

Knowledge of English (minimum intermediate level)

Experience working in an outsourcing model or with multiple clients is desirable

Independence, responsibility and analytical skills

Strong communication skills

Willingness for further professional improvement
