Product Research and Development Officer (Weekends Off)

Manage and perform duties in conjunction with planning goals and operational guidelines regarding business development; analyze product development data in collaboration with various departments to align with organizational policies and objectives, utilizing expertise in food innovation to drive tasks smoothly, quickly, and with maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Science, Marketing, or a related field
• 3 - 5 years or more of experience in product development or related to the animal feed industry
• Able to communicate in English at a "Good" level (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing); a TOEIC score of 400 or above will be given special consideration
• Possess data analysis skills for product development and market condition data, including identifying new market opportunities both domestically and internationally
• Possess problem-solving skills, adaptability, effective communication skills, and data management skills using various strategies
• Knowledge of quality systems, food safety, and various systems according to international standards, listed company standards, and other related standard systems
• "Advance" level skills in MS Excel, Word, Power Point
• "Prompt user" level skills in AI
• "Good" level Presentation and Co-ordination skills
