Technical Service Officer (Sat-Sun Off)

Responsible for preparing, recording, and approving documents according to the technical product management operating procedures, consisting of C.O.A. verification, coordinating with overseas manufacturers, requesting and managing product samples, responding to customer product questionnaires, managing the registration of product specification documents, handling customer complaints, employee training, and the development and sourcing of new products from existing manufacturers.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Science or a related field At least 3 years of experience Able to communicate in English at a "Good" level (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); a TOEIC score of 650 or higher will be given special consideration Must have a private car and a driver's license At least 3 years of experience in RD, Quality Control, Production, or Sales Representative roles within the beverage industry Knowledge of quality management systems, food safety, and various systems according to international standards and standards of companies listed on the stock exchange "Advance" level skills in MS Excel, Word, Power Point "Prompt user" level skills in AI "Good" level Presentation skill Experience in Food Ingredients or Food Additive
