Accountant

For Ami, a medical device company located in Hod HaSharon, an Accountant is required for the finance department. As part of the role, responsibility for vendor processes, reconciliations, foreign travel, and company vehicles, while working continuously with internal and external interfaces.

Domestic vendors – routine handling from entering invoices into the system to preparing and transferring them for payment.

• Vendor account reconciliations.
• Credit card reconciliations.
• Foreign travel – management and monitoring of requests, invoices, reimbursements, and related payments.
• Company vehicles – routine management and monitoring of invoices, charges, and payments.

The work is subject to the Chief Accountant.

Scope of employment: Full-time, Sun–Thu. (Slight flexibility in hours is possible). Cibus and a pampering atmosphere.

• At least Type 2 Bookkeeping certification.
• Experience in account management: vendors, reconciliations, banks, petty cash (after at least one position).
• Experience in priority software - mandatory.
• Good command of excel.
• Experience in companies involving product import, inventory, and vendors – a significant advantage.
• Reasonable level of English in reading and writing.
• Ability to work in a team and with multiple interfaces.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to provide high-level service.
