R&D Engineer

1. Develop new products; attend New Product planning meetings with the Factory and Sales departments to meet customer requirements.
2. Control the product development process to achieve results according to the schedule and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with the Sales department to present product features to customers.
4. Design auxiliary equipment for the production process and/or inspection equipment in cooperation with relevant departments, such as Jig & Fixture, C/F Check, etc.
5. Coordinate with the Sales department and design staff to present preliminary product designs.

Qualifications: Male/Female, age not exceeding 35 years old. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, fields of ME, IE, and other related fields. Experience in Automotive business, Injection, APQP, New model. New Model APQP. Able to drive a car and possesses a driver's license. Proficient in using MS.office programs. Able to use Auto Cad, Solid work programs. Possess knowledge of and can communicate in English.
