Chief Project Engineer (CPE)

1. Design Management and Technological Solutions: Development of the Technical Assignment (TA) for the design of a plant and technological lines for water extraction of wood. Participation in the selection of technology and equipment for the extraction, separation, purification, and drying of dihydroquercetin and associated products. Coordination of the work of design organizations (general designer), quality control, deadlines, and completeness of design and estimate documentation. Defense of design solutions in expert and approving bodies (including state or non-state expertise). 2. Construction Management and Equipment Installation: Organization and control of the progress of construction and installation works (CIW) on-site in accordance with the approved schedule and budget. Technical supervision of the quality of construction materials, structures, and the installation of technological pipelines (stainless steel, clean media). Management of installation, supervision of installation, and commissioning (commissioning works) of the main technological equipment (extractors, evaporators, and drying units). Interaction with contracting organizations, equipment suppliers, and construction control. 3. Handover and Commissioning: Control of the maintenance of as-built documentation at all stages of construction. Participation in the acceptance of equipment and construction objects for operation. Preparation of the plant for inspections by regulatory authorities (Rostechnadzor, Rosprirodnadzor, EMERCOM, etc.) and obtaining the permit to put the facility into operation. 4. Ensuring Safety and Quality Standards: Control of compliance with industrial and fire safety requirements, occupational health, and environmental standards at the construction site. Ensuring the compliance of construction and technological solutions with standard requirements (including standards for food or pharmaceutical production, if applicable).

Requirements

High level of responsibility and leadership qualities. Ability to work in multitasking mode and under tight deadlines. Developed negotiation skills with suppliers and contractors. The CPE's duties include the analysis, verification, and approval of technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for imported production and laboratory equipment supplied by foreign manufacturers in English.
