Sales Manager
Consulting customers on the assortment: Assisting customers in selecting vitamins and supplements based on their needs (for energy, immunity, sports), providing detailed and clear explanations about the benefits and compositions of products. Managing and developing sales: Conducting negotiations (via phone, messengers, or in-person meetings), working with the customer base, finalizing deals, and meeting sales plans. Handling objections and doubts: Competently addressing frequent customer questions (for example, why is the price so high? or why is this magnesium better than another?), and the ability to demonstrate the real value of the product. Studying market trends and novelties: Regularly reading international research and articles in English to be the first to learn about new great components and vitamin forms. Expert correspondence management: Communicating with foreign raw material suppliers or overseas partners via email to clarify order details and dietary supplement compositions.
Requirements
Professional knowledge: Understanding of the nutraceutical market, basic knowledge of vitamins and minerals, knowledge of the ethics and rules of offering dietary supplements (without prescribing treatment). Sales skills: Experience in handling objections, conducting negotiations, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers. English language (B1 level): Necessary for reading international research, understanding complex compositions of foreign raw materials, and conducting correspondence with foreign suppliers.
