•Support and develop the company’s distribution partners to help achieve sales targets. •Provide product knowledge and training to strengthen partner performance. •Encourage participation in campaigns and promotional activities to drive business growth. •Build strong working relationships with partners to improve engagement and results. •Coordinate marketing activities and prepare related reports as required.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with Marketing, Business Administration or related field At least 2 years experience in related field Have experience in Marketing Agent, Motor or Non Motor in insurance business. Able to work under pressure Have presentation skill and service mind Able to driving Car and have car license Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, E-Mail and Web utilities Self Motivate, Proactive and Strong Networking
