About this position:

This role is responsible for driving branch performance, supporting sales growth, and ensuring operational compliance across assigned branches. It also plays a key part in coordinating with internal teams and BDMs to deliver effective business results.

Job Descriptions:

• To make sure that responsible branches can achieve target each year
• To boost sales and propose an achievable action plan on how to help branches to reach the top line and bottom line

• To monitor and control branches' operations to ensure that branches have followed the Company’s guideline
• To advise the legal provisions for in-house brokers

• To liaise between other departments and BDMs

Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree 2-3 years for insurance background Eager to learn new things Computer literacy English skill is preferable Good negotiation skills and problem-solving Project – oriented
