Production Engineer/Design Engineer

We are looking for flexible, knowledgeable and hardworking candidates to help us further develop our manufacturing company in the realms of:

• Production Methods & Processes
• Design (Making phase drawing by Solidworks)
• Lab for mechanical testing

If you have any experience in these roles or are willing to improve yourself at all times we are willing to take you on board. We are looking for overachieving and motivated candidates who want to impact our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Production Engineer 2-3 positions

• Participate in engineering team discussions to continually improve processes
• Plan and implement processes correctly based on best practice principles of each field
• Assess weaknesses in current processes and suggest improvements (methods and tools)
• Share ideas with the team, and not be afraid to speak with concerned people also the management
• Lead production teams when needed
• Submit/present project reports to the management and engineering team

Design Engineer 2 positions

• Use design software to develop models and drawings of the watch cases or parts to achieve standards and clients' requirements.
• Develop test prototypes
• Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs
• Troubleshoot all activity design issues
• Coordinate with other engineers, management, and the production departments

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering or Science in Industrial or Mechanical or related field required - New graduate are welcome Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment. Reading engineering drawing and Using basic dimensional measuring tools Analytical, Critical-thinking and Project management skills Independent, Drive and Able to work without supervision Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Basic working proficiency in English (speaking/writing) Trained in (not required but a plus) ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001 : 2015, ISO 45001:2018 Trained in (not required but a plus) FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and Control Plan
