Export Officer

Duties & Responsibilities •Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all export-related documents, including export declarations, commercial invoices, sales orders, and certificates of origin. •Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs authorities to ensure export procedures are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations. •Work closely with the Production Department to confirm production schedules and shipping plans in accordance with customer requirements. •Verify product quantities and details prior to shipment to ensure consistency with supporting documents and shipping schedules. •Monitor shipment status and coordinate with logistics service providers to ensure on-time delivery. •Track and verify the delivery of goods from the factory to customers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. •Maintain and organize export documentation and records in the system for efficient retrieval, audit, and future reference. •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient export operations. •Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Educational qualifications may be flexible for candidates with relevant work experience. At least 1 years of experience in export operations. Experience in preparing customs documentation and coordinating with relevant government agencies and external parties. Good knowledge and understanding of Thai and international customs regulations and procedures. Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
