QS ( Quantity Surveyor ) based in Bangkok and Vicinity

1. Prepare support work details and coordinate project progress to support the request for installment payment approvals.
2. Survey changes in work quantities and the duration affecting the project timeline.
3. Request approval for the use of main materials from the Project Owner or representative.
4. Prepare the project's material usage plan.
5. Verify the project's material procurement.

Qualifications: Submit application / CV in Thai Gender: Male / Female, Age between 30 - 50 years, Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Have 5+ years of experience as a QS in high-rise building works; application must specify the number of floors of high-rise buildings previously worked on. Proficient in using MS Office programs. Able to speak, read, write, and communicate well in English. Able to work under pressure.
