The company ΝΕΡΑ ΚΡΗΤΗΣ ΑΒΕΕ, a leader in the bottled water industry, is seeking an experienced Injection Machine Operator / Shift Supervisor for its plastic (PET) production factory in Ύπατο Βοιωτίας.
Your tasks
The Role The position involves full-time employment in an organized industrial environment with modern equipment, with an active role in production operations, ensuring the smooth operation of the machines, adherence to the production schedule, and effective coordination of the shift team.
Responsibilities Operation and parameterization of Injection production machines, ensuring the achievement of production targets and the minimization of losses and delays.
Performing predetermined checks to ensure product quality based on specifications.
Monitoring the correct operation of the equipment and immediate addressing or reporting of technical problems.
Adherence to hygiene and safety rules and company procedures.
Requirements
Required Qualifications Essential proven experience of at least 2 years on Injection machines.
Ability for cooperation, communication, and effective team management.
Ability to work in a shift system (Morning – Afternoon – Night).
Basic computer and English skills Desirable degree in a technical field.
