Import - Export Officer (Urgent)

1. Key in import and export declarations for both sea and air freight
2. Record data in the E-Customs system and related programs
3. Use K-SOFT and SAP systems (special consideration)
4. Verify import-export documents such as Invoice, Packing List
5. Coordinate with Shipping, Freight Forwarder, and transport vehicles
6. Contact shipping lines, handle expenses to exchange for D/O from shipping lines
7. Prepare and maintain documents according to company standards
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
9. Track shipment status and issue expenses for customer billing
10. Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: No gender restriction Age 23 years and above Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or other related fields At least 1 year of experience in import-export operations Must be able to communicate well in Chinese or English Knowledge of customs tariff codes and customs clearance procedures Good communication skills, both internally and externally Detail-oriented, responsible, quick-witted, and good at task management Able to drive a car and possess a driver's license
