Department Coordinator (with English language skills)

The production site in Belgorod produces about 100 drugs for the treatment of oncology, liver diseases, the central nervous system and skin, the gastrointestinal tract, as well as products for women's health. To fill the vacant position, we are announcing a competition for the position of Coordinator (Chief Engineer Service).

Main tasks:

Performing work of an information-technical nature, as well as general tasks:

• Maintaining the unit's paperwork (memos, formatting internal documents, production logs, working with shift schedules, etc.)
• Ensuring the training process for the Chief Engineer Service employees (creating requests for program access, training on program usage, coordinating deadlines for internal and external training)
• Providing employees with workwear, footwear, PPE, etc.
• Monitoring medical examinations
• Creating purchase requests
• Preparing presentations
• Active communication with other departments

Profile of a successful candidate:

• Higher or secondary specialized education
• At least 1 year of experience with similar functions
• Proficient in PC and MS Office (Excel, Power Point, OneNote, etc.)
• Experience working in SAP, Power BI, and various production systems
• Readiness to work in multitasking mode with a large number of computer programs and diverse information
• English language knowledge at least at level B2
