Planning and Repair Organization Engineer

The production site in Belgorod produces about 100 drugs for the treatment of oncology, liver diseases, the central nervous system and skin, the gastrointestinal tract, as well as products for women's health. To fill the vacant position, we are announcing a competition for the position of Planning and Repair Organization Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Development of long-term and current schedules for equipment repairs, monitoring the execution of approved plans (PPR schedules)
• Analysis of the causes of unplanned equipment downtime, adjustment of repair schedules
• Calculation of labor intensity of repair work, requirements for materials, spare parts, and tools
• Optimization of repair processes, implementation of a comprehensive regulated maintenance system that ensures timely adjustment and repair of equipment
• Performing the role of administrator and key user of SAP and MAXIMO systems in the planned preventive maintenance service
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of work execution in the MAXIMO system by repair service, production, and laboratory employees
• Interaction with the production planning department to plan, optimize, and execute PPR and repair schedules taking into account production load

Requirements:

• Higher technical education
• Experience with similar functionality of at least 1 year
• Skills in working with large volumes of data and documentation
• Knowledge of planned preventive maintenance systems and methods of organizing repair work
• Knowledge of equipment and repair accounting software
• Knowledge of English
