The manufacturing site in Volzhsky, Vladimir region, produces more than 50 drugs for oncology therapy, antibiotics, as well as remedies for infectious and respiratory diseases. To fill the vacant position, we are announcing a competition for the position of Project Manager
Your tasks
- Planning and coordination of technology transfer projects and pharmaceutical development projects at the manufacturing site in Volzhsky
- Determining the resources and timelines required for the project.
- Creating and timely updating project schedules
- Organization and coordination of project/working group meetings.
- On a constant basis, tracking and reporting on adherence to the plan, possible risks, and project progress to your direct supervisor and key representatives of the working groups.
- Project budget management
- Tracking practical results during the project using necessary techniques/tools.
- Timely implementation of changes to the project and managing these changes to achieve project goals.
- Evaluating project results
Requirements
- Higher education (pharmaceutical, chemical, biochemical, biotechnology, drug manufacturing technology)
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (various dosage forms, development and commissioning of production, work in an analytical laboratory)
- Experience in the localization of drug production
- Experience in project management and project budget management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility, ability to adapt to changing assignments and effectively prioritize
- English - no lower than upper-intermediate
- Proficiency in personal computers and office equipment (knowledge of software): MS office, MS Project
- Readiness to relocate to Volzhsky
