Sales (Solutions)

1. Plan and define Product Strategy and Product Roadmap in alignment with the company's business direction and sales goals.
2. Select, evaluate, and introduce new Acoustic & Audio Solutions products into the company's Portfolio, including managing product information and Stock Keeping Units (SKU) in the system.
3. Support the sales team in presenting products and solutions to customers, including providing technical and usage advice.
4. Study market needs, analyze competitors, and develop Go-to-Market Strategies.
5. Provide consultation on Acoustic Solutions, such as echo management, noise reduction, and improving indoor acoustic environments.
6. Provide consultation on Audio Solutions, such as meeting room audio systems, Public Address (PA System), and audio systems for buildings, educational institutions, hotels, and business organizations.
7. Support the preparation of TOR, Specification, Proposal, and project-related documents.
8. Coordinate with the Marketing team to create Content, Blog, Case Study, and product promotional media.
9. Collect, analyze, and track customer feedback to continuously develop products and improve services.
10. Support problem-solving and answer product-related inquiries for customers and internal teams.
11. Monitor technology, market trends, and new innovations in Acoustic, Audio, and Smart Workplace Solutions to develop the business.
12. Work with Vendors and Partners to develop the business, expand market opportunities, and drive sales growth for products under responsibility.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, Marketing, or other related fields.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Product Management, Product Specialist, or Business Development.
3. Knowledge of Audio, Acoustic, AV Solutions, or audio systems will be given special consideration.
4. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to prepare Proposals, TOR, and related technical documents.
6. Good command of English for work, including speaking, reading, and writing.
7. Ability to use Microsoft Office and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI Tools to increase work efficiency.
8. Responsible, enthusiastic, and able to work well with multi-functional teams.
9. Experience in System Integration (SI), AV Solutions, or Professional Audio businesses (will be given special consideration).
10. Knowledge of Acoustic Design, Sound Measurement, or Audio Engineering (will be given special consideration).
11. Certifications in Audio, Acoustic, or related technologies (will be given special consideration).
