Senior Officer, Bank Premium Collection Finance Section

• Process premium collections through banking channels, such as credit card transactions, direct debit, QR Code, and automatic electronic card deduction, or new payment methods in both Offline and Online formats
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of premium payment documents
• Reconcile and verify the accuracy of various data between banking premium collection systems
• Provide information services, answer questions, and address inquiries regarding premium collections for policyholders and/or agents via telephone
• Verify premium payment information through banking channels to ensure compliance with operating procedures and accuracy according to policy conditions based on the company's master data in the system
• Coordinate and provide Business Requirement to the IT team to develop automated workflows and increase effective controls, support the company's new collection channels, and participate in system testing
• Coordinate with various relevant banks
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields At least 5 years of experience in payment collection/premium collection Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot) Analytical and data collection skills, good planning skills, and high attention to detail Good English language skills
