Import Representative - Glore

Responsibility for the operation and control of the company's import processes, from ordering goods to their arrival at the warehouses. The role includes working with global suppliers, regulatory bodies, and domestic and international shipping entities.

Main areas of responsibility: Handling the import chain: Full responsibility for opening import files, monitoring timelines, and routine conduct with shipping companies, customs brokers, and airlines/shipping lines. Logistical control: Close monitoring of shipment status (sea/air) and ensuring their fast and efficient release from the port and customs.

Requirements: Previous experience in import (Import/Foreign Trade Representative) - Mandatory. Full command of the Priority system - Mandatory. High proficiency in Excel - Mandatory. Good level of English (writing, reading, and speaking) - Mandatory. Familiarity with customs brokerage and regulation processes (Customs, VAT, Standards Institution) – Significant advantage. Ability to work independently within a team. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager. High level of order and organization, and attention to detail.
