Site Manager

Your tasks

Control and manage construction work in accordance with designs, plans, budget, and specified timelines. Plan and monitor the progress of construction work on a daily basis. Control teams, contractors, and subcontractors. Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, QS, Purchasing Department, and Project Owners. Inspect the quality of construction work to ensure compliance with standards and specified designs. Inspect materials and equipment used in the project. Resolve problems and make preliminary decisions regarding on-site work. Control and monitor work safety in collaboration with Safety Officers. Organize meetings and report project progress. Prepare daily/weekly reports and report any issues that arise. Control operations to comply with relevant laws and regulations. Other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Male, approximately 30 years old or above.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
3. 5 years or more of experience in construction and site management.
4. Experience in the position of Site Manager / Project Manager will be specially considered.
5. Able to read and understand construction drawings.
6. Possess team management and multi-party coordination skills.
7. Able to solve immediate problems and work under pressure.
8. Able to use Microsoft Office and construction-related programs.
9. Able to travel for work in other provinces.
10. Possession of a Professional Engineering License (กว.) will be specially considered.
11. Able to communicate in English.
