Department Manager (SMT Department)

Your tasks

Oversee all SMT production processes and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly to ensure compliance with company plans and goals.

Requirements

1. Male, aged 40-45 years (completed military service)
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields)
3. At least 10 years of work experience in SMT or PCB production lines
4. In-depth knowledge of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) structures, electronic components, and related technical standards
5. Ability to analyze on-site problems quickly, with good decision-making and people management skills
6. Good English communication skills
7. Knowledge of factory standard systems (e.g., IATF16949, ISO9001)
