Chief Engineer (Assy QA)

Your tasks

1. Check DRAWING during the New Model phase

1. Define inspection topics based on Drawings
2. Have knowledge of measuring tools or be able to use measuring tools
3. Have an understanding of 5 WHY or 8D Report
4. Collaborate in analyzing and finding root causes of problems together with the Production department
5. Plan work to monitor employee performance and achieve goals
6. Have knowledge of IATF16949 / ISO9001 systems

Requirements

1. Other knowledge regarding experience working in QA

1. Age 25-35 years old (Male, must have completed military service)
2. Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering
3. Be detail-oriented
4. Have good communication skills for coordination
5. Have an understanding of IATF quality requirements such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan
6. Have leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure
7. Have good English language skills
