Purchasing & Sourcing Supervisor

1 Responsible for and executing the procurement of Raw Materials (RM) and packaging, from both domestic and international vendors. 2 Search for, evaluate, and develop new vendors to ensure competitiveness in terms of price, quality, and delivery lead time. 3 Manage the procurement process, from Request for Quotation (RFQ) to price comparison and negotiation. 4 Coordinate with international vendors regarding product specifications, price, production/delivery lead time, and shipping schedules. 5 Coordinate and follow up on the import process in conjunction with the Logistics / Shipping team. 6 Oversee and coordinate in cases of complaints or claims with vendors, such as quality issues, damaged goods, or discrepancies in quantity/product details compared to the purchase order. 7 Analyze market trends, global market prices, and sourcing opportunities to reduce costs and mitigate sourcing risks. 8 Build and maintain good relationships with both domestic and international vendors. 9 Collaborate with R&D, Planning, Warehouse (WH), QA, and QC departments to support product development and production processes. 10 Perform duties in compliance with company policies and relevant laws/regulations.

Qualifications: Age 25 years or older. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in Sourcing and importing goods from abroad. Knowledge of import–export processes and international sourcing. Skills in negotiation and Supplier Management. Able to communicate well in English and Chinese via email, meetings, and coordination with international vendors.
