Financial Analyst / Assistant Controller

For HaKarem Spirits Ltd., an importing company, a Financial Analyst / Assistant Controller is required for a diverse role in the Finance Department, including budget control, analysis of accounting, financial, and commercial data, and assistance in financial reporting processes.

Main Tasks/Areas of Responsibility:

• Preparation of monthly profit and loss budget reports and analysis of performance against budget.
• Variance and discrepancy analysis and preparation of regular management reports.
• Assistance in building the annual budget and budget updates throughout the year.
• Control over the finance system, assistance in the preparation of financial statements.
• Preparation of periodic and quarterly reports for suppliers.
• Monitoring and control of customers' compliance with commercial agreement terms.
• Performing economic and financial analyses according to the company's needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration / Accounting – Mandatory.
• Two years of experience in an economic/financial/accounting role – Advantage.
• Full proficiency in Excel.
• High level of English (speaking and writing).
• Accounting understanding and familiarity with financial statements.
• Experience working with Priority ERP system – Advantage.
