QA / QMR Manager

1. Supervise and develop documents related to the quality assurance system to ensure compliance with standards
2. Prepare the organization for both internal and external audits
3. Act as the management representative in coordinating with external agencies for quality system certification and conduct Internal Audit
4. Contact and coordinate with both internal and external auditors
5. Follow up on the progress of corrective and preventive actions
6. Act as the organization's representative in communicating regarding quality issues, customer complaints, or quality improvements with suppliers
7. Collect data and prepare quality and risk reports to present to management
8. Review and drive the development of the efficiency and effectiveness of work systems
9. Plan and develop quality control processes to be efficient and compliant with standards
10. Supervise quality inspections at every stage of the production process, from raw material receiving and in-process quality control to finished goods inspection
11. Coordinate and resolve issues related to product quality, follow up on customer complaints, and find ways to further improve quality
12. Provide guidance to the quality control team to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field At least 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing Able to communicate in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing); Chinese language skills are a special consideration Expertise in various ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001) and quality tools (e.g., 7 QC Tools) Proficient in using MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
