NPI Engineer

1. Responsible for introducing New Product Introduction (NPI) into the production process and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure production follows the plan.
2. Study and analyze customer technical data such as Drawing, Gerber, Specification, and related documents.
3. Assess Manufacturing Feasibility and identify potential risks in the production process.
4. Prepare and verify production documents such as Process Flow, Control Plan, SOP, and related engineering documents.
5. Monitor and analyze Trial Run results, including resolving problems that occur during the introduction of new products into production.
6. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, and related departments to ensure a smooth new product launch.
7. Analyze Yield, Defect, and quality data, and propose ways to improve the production process.
8. Support production efficiency improvement activities, cost reduction, and continuous quality development.
9. Prepare reports and present performance results to supervisors.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related fields. Experience in NPI, Process Engineering, or Engineering in a PCB or Electronics factory will be specially considered. Able to read engineering drawings (Drawing) and technical documents. Proficient in using 3D design software such as SolidWorks, UG (NX). Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes will be specially considered. Able to analyze data and solve engineering problems well. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Possess communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Able to communicate in English at a working level. Ability to communicate in Chinese will be specially considered.
