Service Engineer ( Brand: Datalogic)

• Installation and Commissioning
• Provide inspection, troubleshooting, and on-site maintenance services
• Provide technical advice to customers via telephone, Remote, and On-site
• Contact and offer products to industrial factory groups and related groups (FA Part); products are in the group of Automation system machinery equipment such as PLC, Inverter, Servo, HMI, Senso
• Provide product usage training to customers
• Test and demonstrate products (Product Demonstration / Proof of Concept)
• Coordinate with the sales team and engineering team to design and present appropriate solutions
• Prepare Service Reports and technical documents
• Continuously study and develop knowledge regarding new products; responsible product groups include Datalogic Machine Vision, Smart Camera, Industrial Barcode Reader, Industrial Sensor

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, Automatic Control Systems, or related fields Able to read Wiring Diagrams and Technical Manuals in English Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills Have a driver's license and a private car, with the ability to travel for work upcountry Service-minded, good interpersonal skills, and ready to learn new technologies Knowledge of PLC or Factory Automation systems will be given special consideration Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, or Industrial Network will be given special consideration
