QA Quality Control Assistant

1. Ensure products and services comply with laws, standards such as ISO9001 ISO14001 IATF16949, and customer requirements.
2. Establish, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), along with planning and conducting both internal and external audits.
3. Inspect and improve R&D, Purchasing, Production, Inspection, and Delivery processes, including daily on-site production inspections (5M1E).
4. Attend meetings to resolve NG parts, analyze Root Cause, follow up on CAPA measures, and manage non-conforming products.
5. Prepare and improve WI, Control Plan, inspection standards, coordinate with customers, and prepare APQP/PPAP documentation.
6. Prepare WI for using measuring equipment, calibration plans, and control the registration and distribution of measuring equipment.
7. Inspect, evaluate, and participate in supplier quality development to upgrade raw material quality.
8. Use SPC, Pareto, Fishbone, and 8D tools to analyze process data to resolve abnormalities.
9. Manage customer complaints with cross-functional teams, analyze causes, define corrective measures, and respond to 8D reports within deadlines.
10. Provide quality training to relevant departments and lead QCC / Lean projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with 1-3 years of quality experience in the pump and Stamping/Sheet Metal industry. Understand the production processes of sheet metal structural parts, such as laser cutting, stamping, bending, welding, and powder coating. Proficient in preparing SIP documents, quality documents, and preparing/submitting PPAP documents for sample submission. Have knowledge and understanding of quality management tools (e.g., 6 Sigma) and quality assurance processes. Able to use MS Office (Word, Exce, Powerpoint), CAD, and communicate well in English.
