Warehouse Logistics Engineer / Equipment Receiving Specialist

Your tasks

Incoming technical control: Receiving imported industrial equipment, precision measurement of positions, verification of markings, and verification of actual parameters against reference technical documentation (drawings, passports in Russian and English). Warehouse management and maintenance (warehouse is equipped): Monitoring the technical condition of the premises, ensuring uninterrupted operation (lighting, heating, security), interacting with building administration/landlords. Minor maintenance repairs as needed. Development of warehouse infrastructure: If necessary — monitoring the real estate market, searching for new warehouse spaces for rent, evaluating their technical characteristics, participating in the conclusion of lease agreements. Warehouse operations: Receiving and placing goods in the warehouse, counting. Unloading and loading are carried out using a stacker (load capacity up to 700 kg). Transport logistics: Ordering hired transport for large units, preparing instructions for freight forwarders, processing ЭТрН. Courier delivery (rarely): Delivery of small parcels (components, documents) to client warehouses within the city limits.

Requirements

Higher or incomplete higher technical education. English at the level of reading technical documentation, drawings, and specifications. Understanding of the basic principles of administrative and economic activities (what is required for the life support of the premises). Experience working with imported industrial equipment, drawings, and transport documents (ЭТрН). Understanding of the rules for processing electronic transport documents (ЭТрН). High attention to detail, responsibility, and readiness for diverse tasks (combining warehouse, engineering, and logistics). High autonomy, resourcefulness, and readiness to be responsible for the facility "from start to finish."

• Salary: 80,000 – 110,000 rubles net (depending on the candidate's experience) paid stably, without delays
• The warehouse is equipped with modern equipment (stacker up to 700 kg)
• Compensation for mobile communications, internet, and travel when delivering parcels to clients
• Work schedule: full-time 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00
• Work on weekends and holidays is possible (during peak loads, arrival of urgent cargo)
• Probation period: 3 months (will allow you to comfortably get up to speed and master the specifics of the work)
