Service and Maintenance Manager

1. Plan and manage maintenance operations

• Plan Preventive Maintenance and emergency repairs
• Analyze machine problems (Root Cause Analysis) and plan long-term solutions
• Control maintenance to ensure compliance with plans and budgets

1. Manage technician teams and service work

• Manage and supervise maintenance/installation technician teams
• Schedule Service tasks for both factory work and customer sites
• Develop team skills, such as technical and safety training

1. Control machine installation work

• Plan and control the installation of new machinery
• Verify accuracy according to drawings (Drawing / Spec)
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, and contractors

1. Oversee service quality and standards

• Define service standards (Service Standard / SLA)
• Inspect the quality of repair and installation work
• Resolve customer complaints

1. Analyze data and report results
2. Internal and external coordination

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or food industry machinery Able to use English for work (Japanese language skills will be specially considered) Proficient in MS Office and has knowledge of PLC systems Possesses leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate well Has systematic analytical and problem-solving skills Able to use English at a communicative level Able to work well under pressure
