Accountant

We at Binat are looking for an Accountant for a significant role that includes working with international suppliers, many interfaces within the organization, and an advanced technological environment.

Job Description

• Receiving, checking, and approving invoices from foreign suppliers in the fields of import, export, services, and support.
• Handling invoices from customs brokers, customs licenses, and import processes.
• Performing supplier reconciliations, controlling payments, and monitoring financial processes.
• Routine conduct with suppliers abroad, in writing and orally.
• Working with technological systems and ERP systems, including SAP Business One.
• Working with subsidiaries abroad.
• Monitoring and controlling Rebates processes with international suppliers.
• Responsibility for order, control, and documentation of all processes in the field.

Job Requirements

• At least Type 2 Accounting certificate.
• At least two years of experience in accounting.
• Familiarity with import and export concepts.
• Very high level of English.
• Experience in conduct with suppliers abroad, including correspondence and routine communication management - an advantage.
• Experience in a large company - an advantage.
• Full command of Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Experience working with SAP Business One - a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently alongside teamwork.
