Legal Advisor - Financing Transactions in the hundreds of millions of NIS

Bank Discount is recruiting a Legal Advisor. The role includes supporting diverse financing transactions (including real estate transactions), ongoing legal accompaniment, and working with business units.

Areas of responsibility:

• Providing legal support and negotiating credit facilities for business entities
• Drafting and preparing complex financing agreements and other legal documents
• Preparing legal opinions in various fields
• Initiating and writing legal guidelines and updating them on an ongoing basis in accordance with the law
• Initiating and conducting updates and training on legal and regulatory matters - to the Bank's units as well as to management

• Israeli license to practice law and membership in the Israel Bar Association
• At least five years of experience in legal practice, with relevant experience in the fields of practice, including - real estate and banking law
• Proven experience in drafting agreements and conducting negotiations in Hebrew and English
• Very high level of English (writing and speaking)
