Areas of responsibility: • Providing ongoing service and operational support to business customers (importers and exporters) and the bank's branches. • Direct working interface with business customers, including meetings in and out of the office. • Working interfaces with professional entities: customs brokers, shipping companies, and leading banks worldwide. • Checking, drafting, and producing international trade documents in accordance with international rules. • Ongoing operation and entry of transactions into the bank's international trade and payment systems. • Process control, document reconciliation, and identification of irregularities in accordance with regulation, compliance, and international sanctions procedures.

• Bachelor's degree (Economics / Business Administration / Logistics / Social Sciences) – a significant advantage. • Good level of English (reading, comprehension, and drafting documents) – mandatory. • Additional languages – an advantage. • Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to independently learn complex information systems. • Good service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse interfaces.
