Factory and Warehouse Manager

• Plan, control, and manage factory production and warehouse operations to meet quality, quantity, and cost targets
• Oversee and manage storage, receiving, shipping, and inventory management
• Supervise the work of the QA/QC department to ensure products meet standards and comply with industry requirements
• Manage the engineering team regarding machinery maintenance, repairs, and production process improvements
• Manage the Process department to develop production processes, reduce waste, increase productivity, and solve technical problems
• Control and plan appropriate production in alignment with orders and production capacity
• Control and oversee the warehouse and plan team members' work schedules, including allocating manpower for product delivery
• Analyze production data, productivity, and quality to propose solutions and continuous improvements
• Supervise factory safety to comply with laws and relevant standards
• Manage the factory budget and manage vehicles and drivers to be sufficient for operational needs
• Inspect and control fuel/toll expenses and monthly maintenance of transport vehicles
• Continuously and consistently develop team potential and build an efficient working culture
• Coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure process success

Qualifications: No gender restriction, Age 34 - 40 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field At least 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing factory management Knowledge of production systems such as Lean, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other industry standards Good English communication skills Skills in managing large and multi-departmental teams Ability to plan production strategies and possess data analysis skills High leadership, good decision-making, and effective problem-solving skills Knowledge of factory safety and relevant labor laws
