Planning and Supply Chain Management Officer

Your tasks

-Execute production planning/raw material and packaging usage planning in accordance with set targets and adjust plans to align with production. -Prepare relevant information and produce documentation used in production planning from ERP/MRP systems to align with raw material and packaging requirement plans, in order to plan raw material/packaging procurement in accordance with production and sales volumes. -Monitor daily production results and verify finished goods inventory in the warehouse to ensure sufficiency for customer requirements. -Review and improve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production planning. -Manage inventory data for raw materials, packaging, work-in-process, and finished goods, and verify/approve receiving/transferring/issuing in accordance with the FIFO system. -Analyze problems and develop work systems for the production planning and Supply Chain management departments. -Collect and prepare KPI (Key Performance Indicator) data for presentation to management.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Logistics Management, or a related field.
2. Have at least 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or production planning.
3. Proficient in Excel; experience using ERP/MRP programs will be given special consideration.
4. Good English language proficiency.
5. Detail-oriented, careful, with strong analytical, evaluative, and decision-making skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively.
6. Responsible, punctual, able to work in a team, and enthusiastic.
