What does the role include?
- Analysis, definition, and management of system requirements.
- Writing system specifications, characterization documents, and design documents.
- Defining system architecture and deriving requirements for subsystems.
- Leading integration processes and combining subsystems.
- Ongoing work with software, hardware, mechanics, algorithms, and other engineering teams.
- Planning and performing systemic tests, verification, and validation processes.
- Analyzing system performance, identifying gaps and faults, and providing solutions.
- Managing engineering interfaces and working with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Participating in engineering surveys and development processes.
- Leading processes in a matrix environment and facing multiple interfaces simultaneously.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Electrical and Electronics / Mechanical / Aeronautics / Software / Computers.
- 3+ years of experience in system engineering or a similar engineering role in complex systems.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Experience in characterization, writing, and management of requirements and technical specifications.
- Systemic vision and understanding of interfaces between subsystems.
- Ability to lead processes and work with many interfaces.
- Ability to work independently alongside teamwork.
- Good level of technical English.
- Level 3 security clearance – Mandatory!
Advantages:
- Experience in defense industries, aviation, or complex system environments.
- Experience in C4I, radar, communication, airborne systems, or defense systems.
