Foreign Procurement Officer (China)
*Responsibilities (Job Description) -Sourcing: Search, select, and source goods, products, construction equipment, furniture, interior decoration materials, and other products, as well as various services and innovative products from abroad (China, Japan, etc.), including deep-diving into product manufacturers. -Negotiation & Purchasing: Coordinate and negotiate commercial terms, prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines with manufacturing factories or suppliers in China. -Import & Logistics: Coordinate and track the import-export shipping process; handle customs documentation, tax codes, and various formalities to ensure that goods are delivered to the warehouse or construction sites accurately and on time. -Internal and International Coordination: Act as a communication intermediary to coordinate the delivery of goods and services with internal departments, such as Project Management (Site), Domestic Procurement, and the Warehouse. -Overseas Travelling: Travel abroad for work, to source products, perform Quality Control (QC), handle any necessary coordination, or attend international material and furniture trade fairs. -Document Management and Travel Coordination: Prepare all domestic and international travel documents.

Qualifications: Nationality: Thai Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Chinese, Logistics Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or other related fields. Chinese Language Skills (Advance level): Excellent ability to listen, speak, read, and write, and communicate in Chinese (HSK level 5-6 or experience studying/working in China will be specially considered). English, Japanese, and other language skills (Intermediate level). Experience: 2-4 years or more of experience in International Procurement or Import-Export coordination. Understanding of Logistics Systems: Good knowledge and understanding of companies and manufacturing businesses in China, Japan, or others, including shipping procedures, logistics, international trade terms (Incoterms such as FOB, CIF), and documents related to importing goods. Able to travel for work abroad (China, Japan, and others) or upcountry. Possess negotiation skills, good wit, and the ability to solve immediate problems well under pressure. If you have knowledge or experience in procuring construction goods, furniture, interior decoration materials, or innovative products, you will be given special consideration.
