Project Manager (IT Project)

1. Strategic Delivery & Account Growth: Oversee project delivery for strategic accounts and partner with Pre-sales and Marketing to develop proposals, solutions, and long-term business opportunities.
2. Program Strategy & Roadmap Development: Design and execute long-term program roadmaps and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and strategic direction.
3. Team Leadership & Performance: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, driving overall performance, work quality, safety, and member development.
4. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Engagement with key stakeholders to ensure transparent communication, resolve project issues, and facilitate decision-making.
5. Risk & Quality Management: Analyze program risks and ensure top-tier quality standards to consistently drive high customer satisfaction.
6. Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Establish assessment frameworks to evaluate program strengths and drive continuous process improvements.
7. Change Management: Implement and manage project changes and interventions effectively to ensure all target milestones are met.
8. Status Tracking & Reporting: Monitor program health and produce accurate, timely reporting throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, IT, or related fields Minimum 10 years of IT experience in an enterprise environment, with proven track record in Program/Project Management Strong technical background across enterprise IT disciplines (e.g., networking, servers, data management, disaster recovery) and system implementation/development Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders at all organizational level Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to quickly comprehend complex IT systems and technical architecture Excellent English communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills Ability to handle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously ITIL Certification is a plus
