Your tasks

Configuration of Windows (Server 2019, Windows 10 PRO), MacOS, and *nix systems (mainly CentOS). Building secure VPN communication channels (L2TP, Openvpn, CiscoVPN). Creating infrastructure backup systems and rapid backup solutions. Configuration of active network equipment (Cisco). Configuration of IP telephony (Asterisk, Cisco, AddPack, Grandstream). Installation and support of client software (MS Office, 1C, bank clients, etc.). Diagnostics of problems and minor repair of PCs and office equipment. Organization of new workstations. Consulting users on working with software and office equipment. Management of TimeControl ACS.

Requirements

Ability to configure SIP telephony and diagnose arising telephony problems.

• Experience working with *nix systems (ubuntu/centos, etc.).
• Experience working with Microsoft systems (the entire Windows OS line, including server versions; Active Directory, Exchange, etc.).
• Experience with virtualization and organizing remote access.
• Knowledge of network and routing principles, Windows and Linux services.
• English language sufficient for reading technical documentation.
• LAN installation skills.
• Experience configuring network services and protocols: DNS, DHCP, FTP, RADIUS.
• Experience configuring monitoring systems: nagios, zabbix, cacti, etc.

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 3 years
