IT and Communications Procurement Buyer

Danel Group is looking for an experienced Procurement Buyer for the IT and communications field.

As part of the role:

• Managing working relationships with suppliers and performing cost control, including procurement processes and price quotes in the field of IT and communications, responsibility for managing procurement processes.
• Generating purchase orders, checking matching with invoices, and processing them in the Priority system.
• Goals - efficiency, savings, and resource and budgetary control.
• Managing negotiations with suppliers regarding prices, delivery times, and product quality.
• Supporting the budgeting and annual planning processes of the IT department towards the Finance and Control department.

Suitable candidates:

• Experience in a similar role - 2 years.
• Ability to work in computer applications with an emphasis on Priority and Excel – mandatory.
• Deep familiarity with IT fields: software, hardware, networks, cloud services, etc.
• Proven experience in managing commercial negotiations, closing contracts, and meeting budget targets.
• Good technical understanding ability and reading technical documents in English - proficiency in Office applications, preference for knowledge in ERP.
